IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Authors of Submitted Works,
We are writing to share an update regarding the registration policy for the Crossroads in Cultural Studies 2026 (July 27–31, UFMG, Belo Horizonte).
After receiving feedback from many participants, the organizing committee has reassessed the original requirement that all authors and co-authors of accepted works must be registered for the event. We recognize that this condition may create difficulties, especially for co-authors who will not attend in person.
Following this review, we have decided to update our policy as follows:
- Oral presentations: At least one author or co-author per paper must be registered and present at the event to deliver the presentation. Co-authors who will not attend in person are not required to register.
- Panels: The original requirement remains in place. All authors and co-authors of panel proposals must be registered for the event.
We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the previous requirement. We look forward to welcoming you to Belo Horizonte in July!
